When will my order be processed?

All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and sales.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed

within 0-1 business days from the order date and shipped the next day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you have placed your order, please allow 0-1 business days for your order to be processed. After that, delivery within Saudi Arabia will take 2-7 business days, and 7-10 days for international orders.

Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?

The prices shown on our website are tax-free in Saudi Riyals.
